• Plan type, price, credit grants, discounts, and renewal dates
• Billing addresses, VAT/GST numbers, and invoice history
• Payment confirmations provided by Creem (we do not store full card numbers)

Usage & Technical Data

Automatically collected when you use the Service:

• Device type, browser version, operating system, language, and approximate location from IP address
• Session identifiers, authentication cookies, CSRF tokens, and security logs
• Actions you take in the product (prompts, uploads, outputs, credits consumed, button clicks)

Information from Third Parties

When you connect another service, we receive the information you authorize:

• OAuth providers (Google) share your name, email, and profile photo
• Analytics and attribution vendors provide de-identified engagement metrics
• Payment partners send confirmation numbers and fraud checks

• Creem for subscription and credit payments

Workspace Collaboration

If you join a shared workspace, your name, role, and activity may be visible to other invited members.

Business Transfers

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or resolve disputes. Generated outputs and reference uploads can be deleted from the dashboard at any time. Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

6. International Transfers

img2img is based in the United States and uses infrastructure in multiple regions. When you use the Service, information may be transferred to the U.S. or other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including TLS encryption, strict access controls, logging, and regular audits. No online service is completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, and promptly report suspicious activity.
